Sales Talents is recruiting a Business Consultant / Account Manager for a partner that is one of Belgium's largest independent beverage suppliers to the hospitality sector. The partner is not tied to one specific brand and focuses on sustainable partnerships with hospitality businesses based on volumes, profitability and long-term contracts.

With a strong market position and a family character, the partner supports cafés, restaurants, sports canteens and other hospitality businesses with beverage supply, investment projects, takeovers and real-estate opportunities. For the Antwerp region, it is looking for an entrepreneurial Business Consultant / Account Manager who combines commercial flair with a strong affinity for hospitality.

In this role, you will further develop an existing customer portfolio and attract new hospitality partners in the Antwerp region. The hunter/farmer split is 60% new business and 40% relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and strengthen sustainable relationships with existing hospitality customers.
  • Actively prospect and identify new commercial opportunities in the Antwerp region.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial partnerships with hospitality operators.
  • Advise customers on volumes, assortments and pricing agreements.
  • Analyse turnover figures, purchase volumes and customer growth potential.
  • Identify opportunities involving takeovers, new hospitality businesses and real-estate projects.
  • Prepare and follow up investment files in cooperation with internal departments.
  • Support new openings, acquisitions and commercial projects.
  • Accurately register and follow up customer information in Salesforce.
  • Work closely with finance, legal, logistics and customer service.
  • Report to the Business Unit Manager.

Profile

  • At least 3 years of commercial B2B experience.
  • A strong link to the hospitality sector in the Antwerp region is essential.
  • Experience in beverage trade, food and beverage, hospitality or a related sector is a major asset.
  • Based in the Antwerp region and well acquainted with the local hospitality landscape.
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience in both prospecting and account management.
  • Analytically strong and comfortable with figures, contracts and profitability analyses.
  • Experience with Excel and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication skills and a natural networker.
  • Persuasiveness and negotiation skills at decision-maker level.
  • Independent, entrepreneurial and results-oriented.
  • Flexible and willing to be present where the customer is located.
  • Fluent Dutch and good basic French for internal communication.
  • Affinity with real estate or investment files is a plus.

Salary indication

  • Gross monthly salary between € 2.500 and € 4.800, depending on experience.
  • Annual bonus averaging 10% of gross annual salary.
  • Potential bonus between € 10.000 and € 12.500 per year.
