Sales Talents presents a Business Consultant / Account Manager role with a partner in the Antwerp region. The partner is one of Belgium’s largest independent beverage suppliers for the hospitality sector and is not tied to one specific brand, allowing it to build sustainable partnerships with hospitality businesses based on volumes, profitability and long-term contracts.
With a strong market position and a family-oriented character, the partner supports cafés, restaurants, sports canteens and other hospitality businesses with beverage supply, investment projects, takeovers and real-estate opportunities.
As Business Consultant, you will further develop an existing customer portfolio and attract new hospitality partners in the Antwerp region.
Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen sustainable relationships with existing hospitality customers.
- Actively prospect and identify new commercial opportunities in the Antwerp region.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial partnerships with hospitality operators.
- Advise customers on volumes, assortments and pricing agreements.
- Analyse turnover figures, purchase volumes and customer growth potential.
- Identify opportunities involving takeovers, new hospitality businesses and real-estate projects.
- Develop and follow up investment files in cooperation with internal departments.
- Support new openings, acquisitions and commercial projects.
- Accurately register and follow up customer information in Salesforce.
- Work closely with finance, legal, logistics and customer service.
- Report to the Business Unit Manager.

Profile
- At least 3 years of commercial B2B experience.
- A strong connection with the hospitality sector in the Antwerp region is essential.
- Experience in beverage distribution, food and beverage, hospitality or a related sector is a strong advantage.
- Living in the Antwerp region and being familiar with the local hospitality landscape.
- A strong commercial mindset with experience in both prospecting and account management.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with figures, contracts and profitability analyses.
- Experience with Excel and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Excellent communication skills and a natural networker.
- Persuasiveness and negotiation skills at decision-maker level.

Salary indication
